Agreement is Signed for Continent Luxury Suites & Hotel in Diyarbakır

This massive investment, led by one of the region's respected firms, Odabaşı Group, is planned as two 14-story buildings on Urfa Boulevard, one of Diyarbakır's most popular streets. These buildings will be constructed as a hotel, residence, and Gastro Shopping Mall.

With this new investment by Odabaşı Group, the management of the group stated that they have added tourism and hospitality to their many business activities. "We are a company operating in many sectors including automotive, healthcare, construction, and petroleum. Recently, our interest in tourism and hospitality, combined with our desire to contribute to our city and country in this field, provide employment for the young people of our city, and offer a comfortable and reliable environment for our guests visiting from outside the city, has led us to invest in this field. The increasing demand for hotel and accommodation needs in our city prompted us to create an investment that includes very special and high-quality service options. Our building will serve with a hotel, residences, offices, male/female spa, VIP meeting rooms, an 800-person conference hall, and both summer and winter restaurants. It will also be a strategic center hosting a Gastro Shopping Mall with many new food and beverage brands," said the management of Odabaşı Group.

 Continent Luxury Suites & Hotel Diyarbakır, a premium brand of Continent Worldwide Hotels, aims to start operations in April 2025. This new 25,000 square meter complex will host 110 hotel rooms, a main restaurant, a fine dining a la carte restaurant and terrace, a Sansibba Tchibo Premium Coffee area at the entrance, a ballroom with a capacity of up to 800 people, and multi-purpose meeting rooms. The residence building will be designed with a mixed-use concept and will include 2+1 suites and offices. With this project, Odabaşı Group aims to offer a combination of comfort and luxury in Diyarbakır. 

At the contract signing ceremony, Ethem Zagikyan, Chairman of Continent Worldwide Hotels, said, "We are proud to bring a world-class accommodation and living space to Diyarbakır with this project.
